Further to the forth coming Annual General meeting, all ISSPA members are to note the few corrections or adjustments on the existing structures of the executives, members are encouraged to seek for election or re-election into any of the published positions. These adjustments have become necessary with the current drive and vision of this body for better ISSPA.

2i. Assistant Secretary
3. Treasurer
3i. Financial Secretary
NB: All aspirants must reside within Imo state or any other neighbouring states like Abia, Anambra, Port Harcourt, Enugu.
Tenure: All serving officials can recontest for any elective position of their choice irrespective of how many years they have been in office.
A tenure is 2yrs
4.Logistics/Coordination: Unbundled to Structure and Planning (S&P), with a total of 3 persons. 1 head and assistant and a member.
Requirement: Must be ready to go to the field when required to do so.
Location: Head must be resident in Imo state and other 2 drawn from any part of the country.
5. PRO: Unbundled to Media and Publicity (M&P),1 Head and assistant with a volunteer.
Requirement: Efficient with the use of Social Media.
Location: Anywhere in the world.
6. Campus: 1 head and assistant with a member.
REQUIREMENT: Must be ready to visit various higher institutions in Imo State.
Location: Imo State only
